I gotta say this game has fantastic attention to detail and I love that SHIT.
- When Dante blocks, he is in his royal guard stance.
- on the Kattlelox stage, Tiesel cheers Tron if she's fighting, if she is ko'd, he sits down and has a sad. If Tron isn't being played, she'll be cheering too and will even stand up and peer around the robot's arm if you fight into the corner where the model can't see.
- all the characters you'd expect to (Chun-Li/Ryu, Magneto/Wolverine, Hulk/She-Hulk) have unique tag, pre/post fight, and in game lines. they even go outside of their universes (Iron Man to Spencer pre-fight "Just the arm? Why, cant afford the whole suit?)
- characters even have specific lines for DHCing into a match (when you do a hyper combo while one is going on, in order to safely tag in a character) For example, Deadpool jumps in during a DHC and says "Take notes!"
- all the alternate colors have some sort of meaning. all the comic book characters reflect different iterations and the capcom characters sport just as much thought. Zero is blue in one (x), black and yellow in one (Bass), and Navy and red in one (Axl). C. Viper is from SF4 and all of her colors represent a SF character introduced in SF4.
- all the music is a remix of some song each series has had in the past. marvel characters are more of previous iterations of Marvel VS stuff, but the Capcom characters have all sorts of great stuff. Tron's is a remix of Flutter vs Gesselschaft from MML, Zero's is his MMX2 battle, etc.
