$250 for PSVita is a huge shock and I know far be it from most the regulars here to care about handhelds or Sony in general, but their conference was more or less better than Microsoft's. Sorry, but I rather hear about and play Uncharted 3 over some new dumb kinect game like Disneyland Adventures.

Microsoft was an hour and half look at me I have a lot of games using kinect, and then Halo 4. Yeah, that's fine. Halo 4 is a big announcement, but Microsoft doesn't usually announce games so far ahead, which means they knew they had very little to show off and needed an ace in the hole.

$250 for PSVita isn't the hugest announcement of all time, but for anyone who gives a damn about handhelds, it will make them hestitate on Nintendo's same-price offering which no one has ever been able to do.

I'm posting this here because basically this seems to be a 10 page thread on "lol sony sux", and someone needs to counter balance it so we don't all seem like we are sucking off microsoft's teet.

To say that Sony's conference was interesting is a sham. The Vita is exciting in a hardware way, they didn't really show off any exciting games for it at all. CMON NOW.

The Vita is a gigantic turd and is getting absolutely BUTTFUCKED by the 3DS.

Not if you listen to some forums where they say the vita is the "best gaming experience they've ever had". I wish I was making that quote up. I have one, and never use it, because none of the games interest me and I played like every single demo on there. I think the only actual vita game I own is that superstar dust game.

Sony didn't learn anything from the PSP, as they are still trying to make PS3 games for Vita instead of making more mobile oriented games.
