yeah it's a little big, but i really do like it. especially since you replaced the actual youtube videos with just an image. it just didnt look right with a grainy streched video.

other than the size, i think its really nice!

I dunno what the ideal size would be. More than half the current size, but just play around and show us I guess.

it looks ok on my 1440 x 900 resolution, but i realize most of you are 1280x768 or w/e it is

It's not that its too big, it just kinda overshadows all the other content on the site. I think it hits on all the popular points though.

Although after staring at it, it'd look better if the flash itself was over the news and let the right hand column still remain beside it. I dunno how possible that would be with all your coding and shit. I think it'd look less obtrusive though.

Yeah that's a pretty cool feature. MLG has one of those on its site linking to most of its news articles. It's smaller than that though, I believe.
