More Experience per Battle

I've fought approximately 10 battles so far (including the level 10) and I think EXP starts are 62, and now I'm at 66. Could you increase the amount of EXP we get per fight, maybe make the higher ones more worthwhile since I can take the flan out in 1 hit and get 4, or have a 5 minute fight with the level 10 and get 8.

I might just give all the regular members alot of money.

Hmmm, that does give money for weapons. But the weapons have a set level on them, and most can't be used at the current level without exp. Maybe fighting regular members gives out more Exp? Let's fight & find out.
