Hey, sab is bored so play along with this CYOA or fuck off. Also, please note that I'm a terrible writer and I'm just making this all up as I go along. First response will choose the next course of action.

You awaken with the morning sun beaming into your now watering eyes. Unsure of what exactly occurred last night, and why you were sleeping on the ground, you try to get up.

"Hey, you finally awake?"

You look up and see an Argonian reaching out to help you up. At first you hesitate and try to get up on your own, but seemingly unable to do so, you grab his outstretched and and pull yourself to your feet.

"You took quite a beating last night, you should really work on your hand to hand skills if you plan on starting fights like that." He said in his raspy voice.

"I'm sorry friend, do I know you? I can't seem to recall any of last night's events..." You say as you hold your head with one hand, and steady yourself with the other. You look up to see that you were sleeping outside The Bannered Mare.

"I'm not surprised, the only person I've seen drink like that is Farkas, 'course he was able to handle himself a little better then yourself. You were unable to pay for the drinks or for a room, I offered to pay but you said you could take care of yourself and stormed out. I paid your bill for you, anyway. You can thank me later."

"You still haven't answered me, how do I know you?"

"Well, before you started getting rowdy last night we were talking over drinks. You see, I'm heading to Riften on business and you had kindly offered to come along to provide a little muscle, should the need arise. I'm not much of a fighter myself, you see. You will be paid, of course, when we reach Riften. And I'm hoping you're better with a sword then you are with your fists. Oh and the name is Han-Tulm Scale-Skin, but you can call me Han."

I wasn't sure what to think, but I could always use the coin. And I haven't been on an adventure in quite some time. In fact, I didn't even own a decent weapon, my old iron sword had seen better days and would need to be improved or replaced.

Han was looking at me with what I assumed is a smile. I was never good with reading Argonian faces.

"So, what do you say, friend, will you escort me to Riften?"

Choices:

A: Accept Han's offer.
B: Decline Han's offer.
C: Take out your iron sword and demand Han hand over all of his coin.
D: Accept Han's offer, but demand that he provide new equipment for the journey.

D: Accept Han's offer, but demand that he provide new equipment for the journey.

You took a good look at Han before answering, the clothes he was wearing indicated that he had a fair amount of wealth, and your equipment would need to be improved if you were going to be able to offer any kind of help. "I'll escort you, but you'll need to upgrade my equipment first. I don't think we could intimidate anyone with this thing." You scoffed, as you pulled out your rusty old iron sword.

"That won't be a problem, friend. I can help you out with some equipment, but the cost will come out of your payment."

"Speaking of payment, how many Septims are we talking here?"

"You will be paid fairly, friend. But the amount will depend on how well the journey goes."

Not exactly the answer you were looking for, but before you could respond Han quickly started walking away and gestured for you to follow. "Come, friend, let's see what weaponry Warmaiden's has for us."

Inside Warmaiden's, you were looking over Ulfberth's stock and a few weapons stood out.

Han could see you eyeing the weapons, "Which one tickles your fancy, friend?"

Choices:

A: That Dwarven Sword of Fear could be useful.
B: That Elven Mace of Immobilizing looks fun!
C: That Orcish Warhammer of Flames will certainly crack some skulls!
