Theres an app on the xbox dashboard click it then go to play game and you play a race game by pressing the corresponding buttons as they appear on screen theres 3 levels complete all 3 and win either a male/female pepsi max avatar T.shirt. (can only choose one or the other not both)
Trust me its very easy i got the shirt within 2 minutes!!
Bad news only available in the UK but if you make a UK account (Hotmail.co.uk) i think it may be usable on your US account as years ago i used my US account to DL yaris, Aegis wing ect and they work on my UK account so it should work for avatar items unless any of the past updates messed with it! If it does work post it on here so others can try.
You do not get a code it DL straight to your xbox once you choose gender.
Theres also Themes to download i dont think they are premium themes of footballers earned by playing the game with certain characters.
