Preseason is underway, college football kicks off in nine days, NFL reg. season, shortly after that. Time for some prognostications.
As far as college goes, I'm seeing an Auburn/Ohio State matchup in the National Championship. Clemson wins the ACC, South Carolina finishes 8-4, maybe 9-3.
NFL is a bit tougher. Playoff teams: Patriots, Colts, Broncos, Steelers, Bengals, Chiefs, Panthers, Bears, Seahawks, Giants, Falcons, Cardinals. I think the Giants make a run (like Pittsburgh last year), but lose to the Patriots in the Super Bowl.
Oh, and Billy Volek sets every single-season passing record as my Titans finish 4-12.
