Watch that! That's fucked up, but not unsurprising. I guess it's how all repairs are, whether it be for plumbing/auto/home/etc, but that kind of thing should be put an end too.

I just do it myself, but either way, thats just one business doing it. And thats what you get for trusting a small business, go with the big name companies. You'll pay more, but you can trust them.

I dunno, I think PC World is a big company? They were on that list of shops that charged more for less
