I don't run, I just can't.
Give me a 500 pound dumbbell to curl and I'll curl it, but when it comes to cardio I'm so fucking weak. I'd like to blame year 12-23 of my life because I spent it smoking almost a pack a day, but I haven't smoked in going on three years.
I prefer using the bike that has a back, and you pedal your legs straight out. Elliptical is my second favorite, but not as comfortable to play PSP on, and I strongly dislike the treadmill because it takes so much effort to burn anything on it.
