Moving servers again soon

I plan on moving to a windows server soon. I've just purchased a new server which is more per month than I'm paying now. I'll need to see how reliable the server is before the move. The other windows server i purchased is very slow and i cant even connect to it half the time.

The reason for move is the fact that the playstation information is just too unreliable when hosted off site. Hopefully this new server will be compatible with the entire website as is.
