Got this gem today. The initial ticket read:
Whenever USER tries to access his email, it tells him that his password is incorrect. We have had his password reset a few times but it will not work.
My update:
I see one failed password attempt from user USER on the mail server. Are you certain he is using his current Windows password when logging into webmail?

He had told me yes so I watched him do it and now it works. Thanks for your help Mike.
Funny how things like that "magically" start working when someone is watching.
